A crew member aboard an incoming freighter had a medical emergency and has been transported to Bluewater Health.
Just after 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sarnia Fire Services responded to Cestar Dock in Sarnia after reports of a medical emergency.
The crew member was able to get off the ship's deck with the help of their peers.
Lambton Emergency Medical Services completed a brief assessment at the dock before transporting the person to the hospital.
The crew member's injuries, as well as the nature of the medical emergency, have not been disclosed.
