According to police, the teen was last seen leaving his home in central Sarnia at 2:30 p.m. on Friday. Officials previously reported he was last seen Saturday.
Sarnia police announced he had been found and was safe on Monday afternoon.
Officials thanked the public for their help in finding the person.
Sarnia is expected to see daytime highs near 30 degrees, and overnight lows of 18 to 20 degrees.
The warning has been issued for Watford, Pinery Park, Goderich, Bluewater, Windsor and Chatham-Kent.
