A man is facing charges after a short standoff with police.
Sarnia police said that on May 15, a man went to an address he was bound not to go to and communicated with someone he was on conditions not to contact. At the time police were unable to find the man.
On May 17, officers located him at his residence, and after a brief standoff between him and police, he surrendered.
The 52-year-old was arrested and is facing two counts of failing to comply with conditions. He was held for bail and later released with conditions.
