Lambton OPP say a single vehicle crash in Brooke Alvinston has led to serious charges being laid against a 38-year-old Petrolia man.
Police said it happened on Sunday just before 9 p.m. on Petrolia Line near Nauvoo Road.
The accused is charged with operation while impaired by alcohol and drugs, dangerous operation, failing to remain, possession of an opioid and driving with cannabis readily available.
He was released from custody and will appear in court on August 24.
