Lambton OPP told Sarnia News Today the single-vehicle collision was reported at 3:10 p.m. on Thursday, July 30.
The driver was alone in the vehicle.
Lakeshore Road between Glendale Drive and Cedar Point Line was closed for about eight hours. Lakeshore Road reopened to traffic shortly after 11 p.m.
OPP said the investigation is ongoing.
