The Board of Directors for Tourism Sarnia-Lambton (TSL) has appointed Adam Veen as the new executive director.
Veen has served as interim executive director since March, guiding the organization through a transition period.
"We are pleased to appoint Adam as executive director. His commitment to the organization and deep understanding of Lambton County make him the ideal person to lead Tourism Sarnia-Lambton forward," said Board of Directors Chair Al Duffy in a news release.
The Board of Directors said it's confident in Veen's skillset and experience to navigate ever evolving economic conditions, including tariffs and cross-border travel uncertainty.
Veen has been with TSL since 2021 and has served as a Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Director, he began his new position officially on September 8.
