It's your chance to showoff your strength while gaining some bragging rights at the same time.
The Power Haven Gym will host Sarnia's first ever arm wrestling event this weekend.
The competition, put on by the Sarnia Arm Wrestling Club, is open to those of all skill levels.
Founder Adam Shanks said some special guests will be in attendance.
"We have the legendary UFC back in the day old school Gary Big Daddy Goodridge coming down," said Shanks. "We have four special guest referees. We have, the arm wrestling community would know him, Crazy George who is the creator of the king's move. We also have Rick Barbee, another one of the arm wrestling legends that everybody would know if you're even a little bit into arm wrestling. These two guys earn the most respect, even out of the world champions, and they're going to be our special guest referees as well, and it's just going to be an amazing event."
Shanks said they're still accepting competitors.
"You can contact us, Mike Compton (owner of Power Haven), on Instagram or Facebook, and contact him in his DMs if you're interested," said Shanks. "Tell us what you weigh, if you want to do right or left-handed, we'll put it in the book. And if you don't have an opponent, we'll make sure we find someone equal to you."
It's called a "super match" event.
The cost is $25 per competitor with the winner of each match taking the money of their opponent plus a medal.
The event kicks off at 2 p.m. and goes until 10 p.m. at the gym at 866 Devine Street.
