Voters in Plympton-Wyoming are invited to a meet the candidates night ahead of the October 26 election.
Hosted by the Huron Shores Optimist Club, the event will take place at the Camlachie Community Centre on Thursday, October 1 starting at 7 p.m.
Residents will hear directly from the candidates, and have the opportunity to ask questions. No advance registration is required.
Two candidates are vying for the mayor's seat, as incumbent Gary Atkinson is being challenged by Tim Wilkins.
The race also features two candidates for deputy mayor and eight people are running for one of five councillors' seats.
If you're not able to attend, the Wyoming Lions Club is also hosting an all candidates night on Thursday, October 8 at their hall located at 554 Main St. in Wyoming.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
