Trick-or-Treaters can expect an unseasonably warm evening when knocking on doors Saturday.
"There's a large high-pressure area across Southwestern Ontario. Windsor, Sarnia, Chatham, everywhere across the listening area looks to be dry, mild, benign, partly cloudy," said Rob Kuhn, Environment Canada Meteorologist.
Kuhn indicated mild temperatures have been a trend throughout October.
"Trick-or-Treat temperatures will probably be starting out to be around 14 or 15 degrees, and then they might slowly dip down to about 10 by mid-evening," said Kuhn.
Kuhn said the mild temperatures could add some Halloween ambience.
"Maybe if we're lucky we might see a little bit of graveyard fog. It's not mentioned on Halloween night, but it's certainly possible this time of year, especially if it ends up being more on the clear side, a little bit spooky," said Kuhn.
Mild temperatures are expected to continue into early November.
