Pacers Drop Divisional Match Up Against Wallaceburg

The Pt Edward Pacers dropped a divisional matchup against Wallaceburg tonight.

Tied 3-3 heading into the final period, the visiting Red Devils scored 4 times in the third to secure the 7-3 win.

The Pacers got second period goals Josh Barraclough, Blain Adams and call up Hunter Krajniak.

The two teams have split the season series so far with a pair of games in the books, and two more remaining.

Pt Edward travels to Orangeville Saturday for a match up against the Mid West Division leading Northmen. The team will then travel to Wallaceburg next Thursday for a rematch with the Red Devils.

Of the team's eight remaining games, just two of them will be played at home.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
