Flyers Sign Petrolia Native Curtis Helps

The Petrolia Flyers have signed forward Curtis Helps for the upcoming season.

The hometown product played with the Petrolia Midget Oilers last season, leading the team to a Regional Silver Stick Championship and also an appearance in the OMHA Finals.

Helps spent two years with the Lambton Junior Sting before taking a year off to focus on baseball, he currently plays for the Great Lake Canadians.

The Flyers say they have their eye on a few other Petrolia Minor Hockey Players, and they're hoping to have a couple signed prior to training camp in August.
