The Sarnia Sting is calling on season ticket holders to recruit their friends and family to purchase season tickets for the coming hockey season. Marketing Director Dach Hiller says fans who attend regularly will receive a $50 credit to the Sting store for each seat referred. "The goal of it really is to mobilize your biggest fans into bringing along their friends and family who will maybe casually attend games throughout the season and get them on as a season ticket holder," says Hiller. "And then, ultimately compensate our season ticket holders for speaking on our behalf and getting those people in the building." Hiller says those who refer new fans can get up to $600 at the Sting store. He says referred customers must buy at least one adult season ticket, and must not have purchased season tickets or a flex 34 package for the past three seasons.
