Sting Camp Underway

Sarnia Sting training camp continues Monday with a pair of scrimmages.
Camp got underway Sunday with registration and fitness testing.
There are two scrimmages planned for Monday, one at 11:30am. and and the other at 5pm. Following two more scrimmages tomorrow, the Black and White United Way Fundraiser game goes at 7pm. It's free of charge but donations are being accepted for United Way.
Sarnia announced the official signing of five new players during a press conference at Lambton Mall Friday.
The Sting play the London Knights in a pair of preseason matchups September 2 and 3, before opening the season at home to London September 21.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
