Lions Soccer Finish Season With Wins

The Lambton College Men's and Women's Soccer teams both capped off their seasons on a winning note Wednesday, with a pair of wins against Conestoga College.

The women were able to record their first win of the season in their final game. Goals from Taryn Bernier, Maria Vani and Paige Price helped the Lions to a 3-0 victory, with MacKenzie Colbran recording the clean sheet in net.

A goal from Elliot Pecora would be enough for the men's team to cruise to a 1-0 win over the Condors. Zach Moniz was perfect in net for the Lions.

The men finished in fifth place in the West Division and one point out of the final playoff spot.
