Sharks Take Bite Out Of Flags

Greg Hay scored twice and added an assist as Mooretown fell 5-3 in Wheatley Tuesday night. With the game tied late, the Sharks scored with just over three minutes left to take the lead. They added an insurance marker into the empty net to secure the victory. Nolan Riley also scored for Mooretown in the loss. The Flags move to 7-7-2 on the season and currently sit fifth in the Bill Stobbs Division with 16 points.

Mooretown hosts Dresden Saturday night in PJHL action.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
