GOJHL Highlights Top Prospects

Both local Junior B teams will have players at the GOJHL Top Prospect Games Wednesday in Ancaster.

Alec DeKoning is the lone Sarnia Legionnaires at the game. Nash Nienhuis was also selected but is unable to play.

The Lambton Shores Predators are sending a total of five players.

Forwards Wes Dobbin, Brett and Kyle Fisher will be suiting up in the game featuring the league's top players born in 2000.

Marcel Berube and Pater Cascagnette will compete in the second game, featuring the top players born in 1999 or 1998.

Sarnia Sting prospects Blair Coffin, Braden Henderson and Holden Hrysko will also be in action.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
