Mooretown jumped out two a 2-0 series lead with a pair of wins on home ice, giving them a couple of opportunities to finish the series on the road. They beat Kincardine 4-1 Friday evening to sweep the final series in three games.
Mooretown beat Mt. Brydges, Wallaceburg and Simcoe to advance to the OMHA Finals.

A meet the candidates night is planned on Monday, September 21 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Maawn Doosh Gumig Community and Youth Centre.
The series will bring both aspiring and established business owners together on Tuesday evenings at the Maawn Doosh Gumig Community Centre.
Gates for the three-day fair will open at the Wyoming Fair Grounds on Main Street on Friday, September 18, at 5 p.m., with opening ceremonies beginning at 7 p.m.
