Rocca Wraps Up Season With River Lions

With Niagara's 104-103 loss to Orangeville on Saturday, the NBL season is over for the River Lions and Sarnia's Joe Rocca.

Rocca suited up in the final seven games of the season for Niagara after winning a national championship with Carleton University.

The former St. Chrisopher's stand out shot 41.7% from the floor, and 26.3% from three point range.

Thee 6'2" guard helped lead his high school team to an appearance in the OFSAA Championship game during his final season.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
