Lindo Heading To Queen's University

After spending his final season of junior hockey in Sarnia, former Sting forward Jaden Lindo has committed to play at Queen's University in Kingston next season.

Lindo scored 56 goals and 114 points in 277 OHL games, tallying 21 goals and adding 14 assists for the Sting this past season.

He spent four years with the Owen Sound Attack before joining Sarnia in September 2016.

Lindo was one of three Sting overagers on the roster this season, along with Jeff King and captain Kevin Spinozzi.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
