Sarnia swimmers raise funds for YMCA

This past Sunday, members of the Sarnia Rapids 2 Swim Team took part in a swim-a-thon to raise money for the YMCA Strong Kids Campaign.

Fifteen swimmers swam a total of 47,350 metres (47.35 kilometres) and raised $1,171 for the campaign.

The funds directly support kids, enabling them to participate in swim lessons at the YMCA.

The Sarnia Rapids 2 swim seven days a week at the Jerry McCaw Family YMCA, and is coached by Sue Weir.
