Top teams clash at revamped Errol Russell Park (GALLERY)

The Sarnia Braves are set to take to the field for the first time at the new Errol Russell Park.

The upgraded facility at 646 Devine Street features a new aluminum grandstand, concession stand, and accessible washrooms.

The official reopening of the park was held July 13 during the Stan Slack Memorial Tournament.

The project took about two years to complete and cost over $1 million.

The first-place Sarnia Braves host the second-place Ilderton Red Army Wednesday night in Southwestern Baseball League action.

First pitch goes at 7:30 p.m.
