Weir Par 3 Challenge for Mental Health sold out

The Mike Weir Par 3 Challenge For Mental Health Thursday at Huron Oaks Golf Course in Bright's Grove is sold out.

Proceeds from the event will go towards Mike's Chip-In Challenge for Mental Health, an initiative looking to create an ACCESS Open Minds centre for the Sarnia-Lambton community.

Thursday's event is not open to the public. Due to the nature of the event, the varying skill levels of the participants, the event is not set up for spectator safety. Also due to the large number of volunteers and participants there is not sufficient parking at Huron Oaks.

For those hoping to meet Weir, the eight-time PGA Tour winner will be at the Sarnia Sting home opener Friday night. Prior to puckdrop, Weir will be signing autographs, taking pictures and meeting with fans from 5:30 to 6:30 PM outside Gate 5 of the Progressive Auto Sales Arena.
