The Sarnia Sting were defeated 5-2 by the Oshawa Generals in OHL action Friday at the Tribute Communities Centre.
The Generals started the scoring in the first period getting three before Sarnia got on the board.
Easton Wainwright got the first goal for Sarnia 19 minutes into the first period.
Wainwright also got an assist when Daylen Moses scored 16 minutes in the second period.
The Sting were outshot 36 to 19.
Sarnia continues their road trip Saturday in Brampton at the CAA Centre.
