Sarnia Sting lose at home to Brampton

The Sarnia Sting were defeated by the Brampton Steelheads 3-2 at the Progressive Auto Sales Arena Friday.

Tyson Doucette scored the first goal of the night nine minutes into the first period.

Three minutes later Hughston Hurt scored his first OHL career goal.

Hurt said this type of goal could move the team forward.

"We hope for the best in every game. We go out play our best, try to in every game, sooner or later we'll start coming around and winning more games," he said.

The Sting were also outshot 30-26 by the Steelheads.

Sarnia has Saturday night off before hosting their Teddy Bear Toss game Sunday afternoon. You can hear the game live on CHOK (103.9FM/1070AM). Puck drop is at 2:05 p.m.
