Police were called to an apartment in the 900-block around 9pm Friday.
Their investigation suggests the two men got into a fight and stabbed each other. The injuries are not life threatening.
Officers charged the unnamed men with assault with a weapon.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
