Police Looking to Link Arsons

Windsor police arson investigators are looking for links in a string of intentionally set fires.

There have been seven incidents of suspected arson in and around the Walkerville area since late October.

Windsor police Sergeant Matthew D'Asti says there are many factors that need to be considered. "They are plotting all of these incidents and they are trying to determine which ones can be linked positively in terms of the MO and in terms of the locations and the time of day."

Police are asking residents to be vigilant, to be aware of people in their neighbourhood and to clear debris out of alleys or near outdoor sheds and garages.
