Spits Double Attack

The Windsor Spitfires took a 4-2 win over the Owen Sound Attack during OHL action Thursday night.

After a scoreless first period, the Spitfires were first to score with three goals in a row in the second. Owen Sound was able to score one goal at the end of the second and at the beginning of the third, but Windsor solidified their win with one final point.

Jamie Lewis, Aaron Luchuk, Trevor Murphy and Cristiano DiGiacinto each scored one for Windsor.

The Spitfires will take on the London Knights next on Friday at 7:30pm.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
