Attack Blank Spits

The Windsor Spitfires lost in a 3-0 shutout game against the Owen Sound Attack in OHL action on Saturday.

The Spitfires were able to keep the Attack at bay for the first scoreless period, however, Owen Sound was the first to score a goal after 12 minutes into the second. The Spits matched the Attack shot for shot in the third period, but it wasn't enough to tie the game, and Owen Sound scored two more goals for the shutout win.

Despite the loss, Windsor out shot Owen Sound 33-30.

The Spits take on the Saginaw Spirit next on Friday at 7:11pm.
