New Executives Announced In Windsor

The City of Windsor is announcing new leaders at three high profile services.

As of January 5, Carolyn Brown is the new corporate leader of transportation service and chief executive officer at Your Quick Getaway and the Windsor Detroit Tunnel Corporation. It's a homecoming for Brown who worked in the 1990s as a special projects officer in the city's chief administrative officer's office. Since then, she's worked for American Roads, a private company that operates the Detroit Windsor Tunnel and four toll bridges in Alabama.

Transit Windsor also has a new executive director in Pat Delmore. The new position is effective January 1. Delmore will transition into the role as General Manager Penny Williams prepares for retirement in June.

Delmore joined Transit Windsor in 1987 and has served as a coach operator, operations supervisor and driver trainer, and most recently as the director of operations.
