Rangers Edge Spits

The Windsor Spitfires dropped a close 2-1 game to the Kitchener Rangers, marking their third loss in a row.

During the game Friday night, the Rangers drew first blood with a goal in the second period, but Windsor was able to tie the game with a goal of their own before the third. Just when it seemed like the game was set to go into over time, the Rangers scored their winning goal with less than two minutes remaining.

Trevor Murphy scored Windsor's sole goal during the game.

The Spitfires are set to take on the London Knights on Saturday at 7:05pm.
