Express Win Six Straight

The Windsor Express have taken their sixth straight win after defeating the Moncton Miracles 106-95 at the WFCU Centre.

On Wednesday night, Windsor trailed 61-51 at half time but came back strong in the third quarter to regain the lead. The Express lost the lead in the final quarter, putting them down by two points with nine minutes left to play. The Express then turned a two-point deficit into an 11-point lead to win the game.

The Express are now 6-1 in the season.

DeAndre Thomas scored a game high of 26 points for the Express. Chris Commons scored 22 and Quinnel Brown had 23 points.

The Express are back on December 5 to take on the London Lightning at the WFCU Centre at 7pm.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
