OPP report around 1:15am on Friday, a driver noticed a car on fire in the driveway of a home on Mersea Rd. 6 in the town.
Leamington fire crews responded to the scene and found a body inside the vehicle once the fire was extinguished.
Provincial police as well as the Ontario Fire Marshal's Office are helping the Coroner in the investigation. OPP promise more information once it becomes available.
