Update: Bakery Worker Injured After Incident

Windsor police say there's no evidence to suggest an elderly was attacked Saturday night at Blak's Bakery, but a full investigation is still moving ahead.

A member of the victim's family found him unconscious at the bakery in the 1000-block of Langlois around 7:30pm Saturday. Police won't say what injuries the man suffered, but he remains in critical condition in a medically induced coma.

The family, which owns the bakery, believe some items from the shop are missing.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
