Police say a 30-year-old Windsor man has been arrested and charged with possession of material for arson and two counts of mischief.
The incident happened in the 1200 block of Pierre Avenue Saturday at 1am. Police say two men were involved after tossing Molotov cocktails towards a home that never ignited.
Windsor police are reviewing video surveillance and still searching for one more suspect.
