A quick-thinking shopper allowed Windsor police to locate and arrest a suspected toy thief.

A customer at the Toys "R" Us on Howard Ave. snapped a photo Wednesday of a man who left the store with a cart full of unpaid toys.

When officers arrived at the store, they recognized the man in the photo and arrested him at a downtown hotel without incident.

All the merchandise was recovered and returned to the store. A 44-year-old man has been charged with theft under $5,000.
