Officials say it happened in the 500-block back on December 17, around 3am.
Video surveillance caught a man forcing open the building's front door before stealing a parcel from the lobby and opening residents' mail. The man also breaks into a couple of vehicles in the apartment building's parking lot.
Police have posted video, showing the suspect, on their facebook page.
