Beginning Of New Leamington Subdivision

Leamington Council is being asked to allow three new homes to go up as the first phase of a larger 79-lot residential development in the town.

The holding symbol needs to be removed from the zoning to allow the developer to get the permits to start construction in the Destiny Estates subdivision on the north side of Robson Rd., east of Malibu Dr., in Leamington.

The first phase would see three single-detached homes built. All services are already available for the three properties leaving the municipality without any further construction responsibility at the moment.

Council meets at 6pm in council chambers at the Leamington Municipal Building.
