Police carried out a search warrant at the apartment in the 1200-block Tuesday afternoon and found a 22 calibre revolver, a SKS 7.62 x 39 calibre rifle, hydromorph contin pills and ecstasy tablets.
Police arrested a resident without incident, and the man faces two counts of possession of a firearm without a licence. Several other charges are pending.
