No Plowing For Windsor Residential Streets

Windsor's city engineer says plows and salters have cleared the main roads in the city after the latest snowfall in the region.

Mario Sonego says work is well underway to clear collector roads, and city crews plan to clear the snow around bus stops and bus shelters.

Since less than 10cm of snow has fallen, Sonego says there are no plans to plow residential streets. "We always re-evaluate that," he says. "If we do, we'll put something out that we're going to residentials, but at this point, no."

Work is also underway to clear roads in the county.
