According to the Windsor Fire and Rescue Service, the fire started in the engine compartment of a vehicle in the garage, but investigaters couldn't figure out how it started.
The damage from the flames reached the neighbouring home with the heat ruining the siding.
One person was sent to hospital, but has since been released.
