Update: OPP Arrest Robbery Suspect (Gallery)

Within an hour of releasing photos of a suspect after a bank robbery in Kingsville, Ontario Provincial Police officers have a man in custody.

A man walked into the CIBC bank branch on Main St. E just before 10am Wednesday, gave the teller a note demanding money and fled on foot along Division Rd.

Investigators released photos and a description to the media an hour later, and by noon made the arrest.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
