Three alleged drug traffickers have been taken off the streets by Windsor police.
The Provincial Anti-Violence Intervention Strategy made the first two arrests on Tuesday in the 5500 block of Clarence Dr. Two men walked out of the house and drove away in a vehicle when police stopped the vehicle a short time later.
Police seized more than $8,000 worth of cocaine and marijuana from the vehicle. The two men, ages 21 and 30, are charged with several drug-related offences.
On Thursday at around 6:30pm police located and arrested a female in the area of Ouellette Ave. and Ellis St. Police recovered $3,700 worth of drugs inside her car and later at the suspect's home.
The 23-year-old female is facing nine drug-related charges, most in relation to trafficking different types of drugs.
