The house on Golfview Dr. in Amherstburg is the grand prize in the lottery that raises funds for Brentwood's addiction treatment programs.
Organizers were afraid ticket sales would fall short but ultimately, sales surpassed 2008 totals and set a new record. The lottery sold 26,869 tickets.
The home was constructed by Lakepoint Homes.
