Police Looking For Suspicious Driver

Police are investigating after a suspicious driver offered a young boy a ride home in LaSalle.

The LaSalle Police Service says on Thursday around 3:05pm, the boy was walking on Kenwood Blvd. near Sacred Heart Catholic Elementary School when a black, four-door sedan stopped and a female driver offered the youth a ride home. When the boy said no, the driver took off.

Police describe the driver as a white female in her 30s, with blonde, shoulder length hair. There was also a male passenger in the car at the time of the incident. He is described as white, in his 80s with grey hair.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
