WFCU Centre Manager Joins TWEPI

Tourism Windsor-Essex Pelee Island has a new group project manager, Jason Toner.

The general manager of events at the WFCU Centre starts his new job with tourism agency Wednesday, February 18.

Toner, who has been with Global Spectrum for the past six years, says it was a tough decision to make and he'll miss the WFCU Centre. "No change is taken lightly," he says. "I've worked with a great team both with the City of Windsor and my Global Spectrum staff. And, I'll be working with them in the future too in a similar role, just from a different side."

Toner says it's an exciting time to be in the tourism industry, and he's looking forward to new projects.
