What Are The Odds

Two Windsor men are $100,000 richer after winning the ENCORE draw within a week of each other.

On January 7, Anthony Lahoud, a father of three, won after buying a ticket at Zehrs on Malden Rd.  He plans to pay off his mortgage and take a vacation to Australia with his winnings.

A week later, Richard Wilson bought his ticket at P-Jay's Video and Variety on Walker Rd. He also won $100,000.

Ontario Lottery and Gaming spokeswoman Galit Solomon was unable to say what the odds are of two men, from the same city, winning the same amount playing the same draw. But, she says there are occasionally clusters of winners in one location.
