UPDATE: Mother Improving After Fire

The mother of two children who lost their home during a fire is improving in hospital.

Officials say the woman has improved to serious, but stable condition.

Fire investigators have determined faulty wiring is what sparked the fire. On Tuesday the family's mobile home on Marlin Crt. in south Windsor went up in flames. The blaze sent six people to hospital, including three firefighters.

So far the community has donated more than $450 dollars to help the family that lost everything in the blaze.
