A's Outplay Express

Despite leading in the first half of the game, the Windsor Express lost 99-91 to the Brampton A's on Saturday.

The Express had an 11 point advantage over the A's at the end of the first quarter and were seven points ahead at halftime. However, Brampton made a comeback to lead 74-70 at the end of the third. In the fourth quarter, the Express attempted to fight their way back from a 14 point deficit with eight minutes left in the game, but were unable to overcome the A's.

Quinnel Brown led London with a team-high of 19 points, while Kevin Loiselle had 12 points and 14 rebounds.

The Express will play the Mississauga Power on Sunday at 2pm.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
