Hit And Run In Tecumseh

The Ontario Provincial Police wants to talk to a woman driving a grey Ford Escape involved in a crash in Tecumseh.

Police say at 7:10pm Friday February 20, the SUV struck a pedestrian at the corner of St. Gregory Rd. and Manning Rd.

The driver, described as a woman in her late 50s or early 60s with red hair, stopped after hitting the man and spoke to the victim. He told her he was fine.

Anyone with information is asked to call Constable Matt Hesketh at the Tecumseh OPP Detachment at 519-735-3796.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
