Officials with Amherstburg's Shores of Erie Wine Festival and Sobey's will be back before courts in about a month.
The group is answering to charges after the death of 18-year-old Emily Bernauer last year.
The case came before a Windsor judge this morning, but has been pushed to April 13 for disclosure of evidence.
Paul Mersch, Joanne Dipierdomenico, Anne Rota, Don Deslippe and Karen Gyorgy are all being represented by defense lawyer Pat Ducharme.
The Bernauer family and a lawyer representing Pat Ducharme were at today's proceedings, but declined to comment.
